The HP 70952B Optical Spectrum Analyzer Module is a plug-in module for the HP 70000 series. It is a grating-based analyzer that covers the wavelength range from 600nm to 1750nm. Three advanced functions measure and characterize LEDs and DFB and Fabry-Perot lasers. An HP 70004A Mainframe is included with the module.
