The IQ-9600 Utility Module secures and standardizes the integration of

couplers, isolators, filters and Bragg gratings into the IQ-200 Optical

Test System. Without it, these passive optical components end up loose

on the workbench and may be damaged or misaligned.

The IQ-9600 Utility Module consists of empty IQ module frames

designed to house non-electronic elements (there are no electrical

connections) in the IQ-200 Optical Test System. The module comes with

tie wraps, brackets and holders for mounting components. Choose from

two models: the IQ-9601 single-slot or the IQ-9602 dual-slot modules.

To help you easily develop your test setup, EXFO has integrated

singlemode couplers often required in monitoring, EDFA testing and

other fundamental applications. Several couplers are available: 1 x 2

couplers, with different coupling ratios (50/50, 25/75, 1/99, 5/95,

10/90), as well as 1 x 4 and 1 x 8 arrangements. The package includes a

polished angled (EA) or non-angled (EI) connector, compatible with

EXFO¿s Universal Interface (EUI).
