FDS520 is a high bandwidth DSO designed for digital and analog system development,
telecom analysis, fiber optic communication, semiconductor characterization,
material diagnostics, antenna measurements, target scattering analysis and high
resolution (<40ps) TDR measurement of PCBs, ICs and cables in research and industrial
applications. The optical interface is up to 3GHz, filter can apply SDH, GbE,
FC et, al. (Max 4 Chs). Electrical Input can apply up to 20 GHz.
