Product Overview

     The TDS794D Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope has a bandwidth of 2GHz. It is a four channel scope with four samplers. The maximum real-time sample rate is 4GS/s (1 channel), 2GS/s (2 channels), 1GS/s (3-4 channels). The maximum record length is 50K. The unit has a color display and has a sensitivity of 10 mV/div to 1 V/div (50 ohm mode).

  • Option 2C = Communication Signal Analyzer
